Well I put that fat in jars, to use elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I pull out my 1\/4 full jar of fat, and I start to heat it so it will homogenize. And the glass cracks. Then the fat spills on the stove. Do you know what happens when low water content fat hits a flame? That&#8217;s right! A grease fire!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This dumb bitch started a grease fire making soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing burned down. I killed the gas and let it burn while I opened the window and waited with the extinguisher in case it spread.
